The programme
What is utusori?
A clothing brand built around deliberate colour combinations in familiar, wearable garments. The difference is intentional colour design in clothes people can actually wear, not novelty construction.
What is the creator programme?
A year-round affiliate programme for creators whose audiences care about clothing, colour, styling, design, streetwear, capsule wardrobes or creative self-expression. Approved creators get tracked attribution through a personal code, a link, or both, and earn commission on eligible orders attributed to them.
Is this only for one collection?
No. utusori releases two collections a year and the programme runs across all of them. Collection timing is announced separately; your place in the programme is not tied to one season.
Is this a paid-content campaign?
No. This is commission on sales. No fee for posting, no quota, no obligation to post at all. Paid work is separate and agreed in writing.
Who is behind utusori? What is the registered business name?
utusori is a brand operated by two affiliated companies. Premium Framework Inc. is a Canadian corporation based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Vodallo LLC is a United States company in the same group. Which one you deal with follows the customer’s country, not yours: orders from customers in Canada sit with Premium Framework Inc., orders from customers in the United States sit with Vodallo LLC. Your commission on each order is issued by the company that took that order, and your statement shows which is which.
Which company will I be contracting with?
Both, in effect, because it follows the customer. Your agreement covers the programme as a whole and names both companies; each order is then settled by the company that took it. Canadian orders: Premium Framework Inc. United States orders: Vodallo LLC. You get the full written terms before anything is signed.
Is there any fee to take part, ever?
No. Joining costs nothing, there is nothing to buy, and there is no fee at any stage. We will never ask you for payment details, a deposit, a subscription or a fee to be listed or activated. If anyone claiming to be utusori asks you for money, it is not us — tell us through the support form.
What financial details will you ask for?
Only what is needed to pay you, once you are approved and about to be activated: your payout method and the details that method requires. Nothing before that, and never a card number.
Can I see previous collaborations or finished product?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. utusori has been publishing colour work publicly for months — the gallery, the colour cards and the are all real and all ours. The first clothing release is in production now, and no creator is activated until it exists and checkout works. If you would rather wait until you can see and touch the product before deciding, that is reasonable and the offer stands.
Commission and the founding bonus

When does my founding period start?
The day utusori activates your tracking, meaning the day your code or link goes live. Not the day you apply, and not the day you are approved.
What happens after the 12 months?
Your rate moves from 20% to the standard 15% and you stay in the programme unless the relationship ends under the terms.
Who counts as a founding affiliate?
Founding places are limited. You qualify only if we accept you into the founding group and activate your tracking while places are still open. Applying does not reserve one.
Is there a founding bonus?
Yes. The first 20 founding affiliates whose first eligible order clears the customer return window receive a one-time bonus of USD 25, about CAD 35, added to your payout balance. The qualifying order must be CAD 90 or more in eligible merchandise, from a customer new to utusori.
When is the bonus paid?
After your qualifying order clears the return window and still stands. It is added to your balance and goes out with your next eligible payout, not as a separate instant payment. If your balance is still under the threshold, the bonus waits there until the threshold is reached.
How do you decide who the first 20 are?
By the platform’s confirmed-order timestamp, ranked in order. We tell qualifying creators directly once their order is confirmed.
Is there a cap on earnings?
No cap on valid commission from eligible orders.
Can anyone get a higher rate?
Occasionally, for a specific creator, collection or commercial arrangement, agreed in writing. It is an exception, not the public structure.
What earns commission
Which products earn commission?
Only products and collections marked eligible inside the live programme. We tell you which before your code goes live.
What is commission calculated on?
The eligible merchandise subtotal the customer actually paid, after any discount. Not shipping, taxes, duties, gift cards or fully refunded items.
Do discounted items still count?
Yes, if they are still in an eligible product or collection. Commission is calculated on the discounted amount paid.
Do bundles count?
Yes, where the bundle or its items are eligible. Commission applies to the eligible merchandise in the order.
Do gift cards count?
No.
What happens on a partial refund or exchange?
Commission is adjusted to the eligible merchandise the customer keeps. On an exchange, it follows the kept eligible item once the order outcome is processed.
What if an order is cancelled or fully refunded?
No commission. Those orders drop out during the holding period, before payout.
Tracking and attribution
A 30-day click window, and the code applied at checkout wins.
How do I get credit for a sale?
Through your personal code, your tracked link, or both. An order pays when it is attributed to your active setup and the products are eligible.
Do I get a code and a link?
Both, wherever the platform supports it cleanly. A code works in video and conversation; a link works in bios, newsletters and descriptions.
How long does my link keep earning after someone clicks it?
Thirty days, on a last-click basis. If someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the order is yours, unless they click another affiliate’s link after yours. Your personal code has no time limit at all: if the customer types it at checkout, the order is attributed to you whenever that happens.
How long does a click last?
30 days.
Someone used my code without clicking my link. Do I get credit?
Yes, on an eligible order.
Someone clicked my link but used another creator’s code. Who gets it?
The creator whose code is applied at checkout. A valid code overrides an earlier link click.
Someone clicked my link and used no code. Do I get credit?
Yes, if the purchase happens inside the 30-day window and the order is still attributable to your link.
What if the customer uses a sitewide promotion?
That alone does not remove your commission, as long as the order is attributed to you and the products are eligible. Commission is calculated on the discounted amount paid.
What if my code turns up on a coupon site?
We may deactivate, replace or restrict a code being used in a way that damages the programme, including coupon-site leakage. We investigate unusual attribution patterns and act on them.
Can I see my clicks, orders and earnings?
Yes. Approved creators get the programme’s reporting, showing attributed activity and pending, approved and paid balances.
I think a sale is missing.
Use the support form with your creator name, the order details if you have them, and what you believe happened. We check it against the platform record and reply.
Getting paid
You are paid in the currency of the order: CAD on Canadian orders, USD on United States orders.
When am I paid?
Commission is pending through the holding period, then approved, then enters the next payout cycle.
What is the holding period?
30 days, so the customer return window is covered before commission is released.
What do pending, approved and payout mean?
Pending: attributed to you, still inside the 30-day holding period. Approved: cleared the holding period, commission valid. Payout: the approved balance has entered the next scheduled payout.
How often are payouts made?
Monthly, where the live payout system supports it.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, per currency: USD 25 on your US balance and CAD 35 on your Canadian balance. Below that the balance rolls forward rather than being lost, and if you leave with a confirmed balance under the minimum we still pay it.
What currency am I paid in?
It follows the customer’s country. Commission on a Canadian order is calculated and paid in CAD. Commission on a United States order is calculated and paid in USD. Nothing is converted on the way, so no exchange spread is taken out of your commission by us. If your audience buys from both countries, you will see both currencies on your statement.
I live outside the United States and Canada. Can I join, and how am I paid?
Yes. Where you live is not a screen, and it does not change your rate. What matters is that your audience is in the United States and Canada, because that is where we ship and where orders are placed.
You are paid the same way as everyone else, in the currency of the order: USD for United States orders, CAD for Canadian orders. We support international payout methods. Your own bank or payout provider may charge you to receive or convert those currencies, which is outside our control and we receive no part of it. The calculator lets you put your provider’s fee in and see what actually lands.
Do you take processing fees out of my commission?
No. utusori absorbs the merchant-side processing cost rather than deducting it from your rate.
Could I still pay a conversion fee?
Yes. If your payout method or country converts away from USD, your provider may charge a conversion fee. That is between you and your provider and we receive no part of it. The calculator lets you model it.
A payment looks wrong or late.
Use the support form with the payout details. We compare it against the recorded attribution, your approved balance and the payout schedule.
Product and gifting
Can I try the product before promoting it?
Possibly. We gift selectively to creators who are a strong fit. It is not automatic for every approved affiliate.
If I am gifted something, must I post?
No. A gift alone creates no posting obligation. If we want a guaranteed post, specific deliverables, a deadline, revisions or usage rights, that is a separate paid arrangement agreed in writing.
Can I pick the size or colour?
We confirm what is available at the time, based on stock and the collection.
Can I review something I have not received?
No. Do not present it as a personal review or try-on. You can share approved product information with your code or link, with the relationship disclosed.
Why should I trust this with my audience?
Because we would rather show the real thing than claim what we cannot prove: real colour, real cloth, real fit. We ask you to be accurate and hold ourselves to the same line.
Your content and your rights
Do I have to post to stay in?
No. There is no posting quota for standard affiliate participation.
Do I have to follow a script?
No. Your own voice and format. Stay accurate and disclose the relationship.
Can I say what I honestly think?
Yes. Honest, specific commentary is the point. Just avoid claims that cannot be supported.
Can I style it my own way?
Yes.
Is there exclusivity?
No, at any point. Work with whoever you like, including brands we compete with.
Do I need approval before posting?
Not for ordinary affiliate content. If we commission separate paid content, review steps are agreed in writing for that work.
Do I keep ownership of my content?
Yes, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Can utusori repost my content?
We may ask permission to repost in agreed organic channels. Affiliate participation is not blanket permission.
Could my content end up in a paid ad?
Not automatically. Paid usage, whitelisting, boosting, editing, raw files or extended licensing all need a separate written agreement.
Can affiliates be considered for paid work later?
Yes. Strong fit, reliable communication, honest content and real sales performance are what we look at.
Disclosure and conduct
Required by the US FTC and Canada’s Competition Bureau, and it protects you more than it protects us.
Do I have to disclose?
Yes. Commission, free product, discounted product or any other material connection must be disclosed clearly to your audience.
What wording should I use?
Plain language, next to the endorsement: “Affiliate link, I may earn a commission if you buy through it.” “I earn commission on purchases through my utusori code.” “Gifted by utusori; affiliate link included.” “Paid partnership with utusori.”
Gifted but not paid. Still disclose?
Yes. Free product is a material connection.
Can it go in my bio or hashtags?
No. It belongs with the post itself, easy to see. In video it goes in the video, not only the description. In a livestream, repeat it for people joining late.
What claims should I avoid?
Anything unsupported, especially about performance, superiority or sustainability. Stick to what you have seen.
Can the rate, the rules or these terms change?
Yes. utusori can change, suspend or end the programme, change the commission rates, change which products are eligible, or update these terms at any time, and the programme is offered on that basis.
Three things we hold to anyway. Your founding rate is locked for its 12 months once your code is activated, and a rate change does not cut it short. Commission you have already earned is not changed retroactively, other than the ordinary reversals for refunds, cancellations and invalid orders. We give you at least 30 days’ notice of a change that reduces what you earn, so you can decide whether to stay.
Changes are published on these pages and sent to active creators. Continuing in the programme after a change takes effect means you accept it. You can leave at any time.
Can you remove me from the programme?
Yes, if the rules are broken, if attribution looks manipulated, or if the relationship is not working. We tell you why. Commission validly earned before that point is still paid, subject to the usual return window and validity checks.
Can I leave?
At any time, for any reason, with no notice needed. Confirmed earnings are paid out in the next cycle even if the balance is under the minimum.
What is not allowed?
Buying through your own code or self-referrals from your household; coupon, deal, cashback or extension sites; paid search on utusori or brand-adjacent terms; accounts imitating ours; bought followers, pods or bot activity. We can withhold or reverse commission on invalid or non-compliant orders, and we tell you which order and why.
Applying and support
Who can apply?
Anyone 18 or older whose audience fits clothing, colour, styling, design, streetwear, capsule wardrobes or creative self-expression. Where you live is not a factor; we ship and pay to the United States and Canada, so that is where your audience needs to be.
What does the application ask for?
Name, email, country, main platform, profile links, how you would introduce utusori, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and privacy consent. About five minutes.
Where do I apply?
On the application form. It is the only route in.
How long does a decision take?
We aim to review complete applications within five business days, and we reply either way.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. It depends on fit, capacity and timing.
Can I apply again later?
Yes. A no now is not permanent.
How do I reach a person?
The support form. Include the order or payout details so we can check the record before replying.
