Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective August 3, 2026

utusori collects only what it needs to send you the color studies you asked for. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

1. Who is responsible

utusori is responsible for the personal information under its control. Questions, access requests, corrections, and complaints can be sent to hello@utusori.com, which is monitored by the person accountable for privacy at utusori.

2. What we collect

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, date of birth, or payment details to join the mailing list. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

3. Why we collect it

To send you the color studies, wallpapers, and guides you signed up to receive; to prove that you consented, as Canadian anti-spam law requires; to understand which studies are useful; and to answer you when you write to us. We do not use your information for any other purpose without asking you first.

4. Consent

We use confirmed opt-in: after you submit the form, we email you a link, and you are only added once you click it. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by writing to hello@utusori.com. Withdrawal is processed promptly and in any event within ten business days.

5. Who processes it

These providers act on our instructions. Your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States and the European Union, and may be accessible to courts and authorities in those countries under their laws.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we retain a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again, and we keep the consent and withdrawal record for three years as evidence of compliance. Messages you send us are retained for up to two years.

7. Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our email provider records opens and clicks in the messages we send you; you can prevent open tracking by disabling remote images in your email client. If we add website analytics or advertising tools in future, this policy will be updated and dated before they are enabled.

8. How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Accounts holding personal information are protected with unique passwords and two-factor authentication, and access is limited to those who need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required.

9. Your rights

Write to hello@utusori.com. We respond within 30 days.

10. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will post the new version here with a new version number and effective date, and—where the change affects how we use your information—tell subscribers by email.
