utusori makes everyday clothing in colors that already agree. utusori releases two collections a year. The creator program runs year-round, not per collection: your rate is locked when your code is activated and carries across every collection while you are in the program.

This is a commission program, not a paid-content campaign.
You earn commission on eligible customer orders placed through your unique utusori code or link. Every one of them pays, on a fixed twice-monthly schedule. You are not paid for posting, and there are no minimum posting requirements and no exclusivity.
If you make English-language content about style, color, outfits, wardrobe building, streetwear or everyday self-expression, we would like to hear from you.
What you earn
On every eligible order through your code or link. Your 20 percent founding rate begins on the date your code is activated and stays locked for 12 consecutive months. After that it moves to the standard 15 percent, which has no end date.
For affiliates approved after the founding group closes.
There is no cap on what you can earn. The first 20 founding affiliates whose first eligible order is confirmed after the customer return window closes will receive a one-time USD 25 first-sale bonus, about CAD 35, added to your first payout. The bonus is limited to one per person.
Work out what that would pay you, including the transfer fee your payout provider takes.
Before you read anything else
Every order you bring in is tracked
Your personal code is the primary attribution method. Your tracking link works for 30 days. If a customer uses your code, the code attributes the order to you.
Only invalid orders are reversed
Commission is confirmed after the return window. Cancellations, refunds, returns, chargebacks, self-referrals, fraud, duplicate attribution and prohibited promotion do not qualify. Partial refunds reduce commission proportionally.
Clear twice-monthly payouts
Confirmed earnings are paid monthly in CAD or USD, following the customer's country, once you reach the minimum of CAD 35 or USD 25. Balances below that roll forward. You will see pending, confirmed, reversed and paid earnings clearly.
The program activates only when the store is live
No one is activated until utusori has working checkout. Before your code goes live you receive the product information, program terms, tracking details, support contact and payout instructions.
How attribution works
Attribution rule
Your unique code is the primary attribution method. If a customer uses your code at checkout, the order is attributed to you, even if they previously clicked another affiliate link. If no code is used, the most recent eligible utusori affiliate link clicked within the 30-day tracking window receives attribution.
One order, one affiliate
An order can earn commission for one affiliate only. utusori does not split commission between affiliates.
If an order was not tracked
Write to us within 30 calendar days of the order date, including the customer order number where you have it. We will review the record and respond within five business days.
How it works
- Apply. Profiles, a look at your audience, a couple of recent posts.
- Review. We look at audience fit, engagement and whether utusori suits what you already post.
- Approval. You get the full written terms before anything is signed.
- Activation. Your code and link go live when checkout opens, and we tell you the date in advance. This is the date your 12-month founding rate starts.
- Share. However suits you. No script, no quota.
- Track. Attributed orders show as pending while the return window is open.
- Confirm. Commission confirms once the window closes and the order still stands.
- Payment. Monthly, once your confirmed balance reaches USD 25, about CAD 35.
Your content stays yours
You choose how to share utusori in your own voice. There is no required script and no ordinary-content approval process.
You own the content you create. Joining the affiliate program does not give utusori the right to download, edit, repost, use in email, place on the website, run in paid advertising or whitelist your account. We will ask for your written permission first. Any paid advertising or extended use will be covered by a separate paid agreement.
There is no exclusivity at any point. Work with whoever you like, including brands we compete with.
What we ask in return is accuracy: describe utusori honestly, disclose the relationship, and do not say you have worn something you have not received.
Who we are looking for
Creators anywhere in the world, making content in English, with an audience that is at least half in the United States and Canada combined. That is where we ship and where we pay, and it is the only geographic requirement. Where you live is not a factor.
Follower count is not a screen. We look at whether your audience talks back to you, whether your content is clear, and whether utusori sits naturally alongside what you already post. Some of the people we most want have a few thousand followers who genuinely listen.
Gifted clothing
A limited number of launch creators may receive gifted product. Gifting is selective and not guaranteed, and it is not something you apply for separately.
If a piece is going to you, we agree what you are posting and when, in writing, before it ships. Ordinary affiliate participation carries no posting obligation at all.
If you have not received the product, do not present it as a personal review, try-on or firsthand recommendation. You may share approved product information and your affiliate code or link, provided the relationship is clearly disclosed.
Disclosure
When you post with a code, a link, or a piece we sent you, say so clearly in the post itself. Not in your bio, not on another page, not buried in hashtags.

The rules
- No buying through your own code, and no self-referrals from your household.
- No coupon, deal, cashback, rebate or browser-extension sites.
- No paid search on utusori or brand-adjacent terms, and no accounts that imitate ours.
- No purchased followers, engagement pods or bot activity.
- No claims about performance, delivery, sustainability or health that we have not given you.
- One first-sale bonus per person, not per code or per account.
- We can withhold or reverse commission on invalid or non-compliant orders, and we tell you which order and why.
Questions
Joining and the founding offer
Is this a paid influencer campaign?
No. Commission comes from eligible paid orders through your code or link. We do not pay for posting, views, clicks, likes, comments or email signups.
If we run paid content work in future it would be a separate agreement with its own fee, and it is not part of these terms.
Do I have to post?
No minimum, ever. The one exception is gifted product, where the deliverable is agreed in writing before it ships.
How much commission do founding affiliates earn?
20 percent of the eligible merchandise value of every order attributed to you, for 12 months. After the founding group closes, newly approved affiliates join at 15 percent. An approved founding affiliate keeps 20 percent for the full lock period.
When does my 12-month founding rate start?
The date your code is activated, not the date you applied or were approved. Approval can come weeks before activation and we are not going to let that quietly shorten your 12 months. The exact date is in your acceptance email.
What is guaranteed, and what is not?
Guaranteed. We pay your rate on every eligible order attributed to you, on a fixed twice-monthly schedule, whatever the volume and whether or not we like the post that produced it. Your confirmed balance is never forfeited, including if you leave.
Not guaranteed. How many orders your audience places. That is the part neither of us controls, so the amount you earn varies. The rate, the schedule and the payment are fixed. The volume is not.
Posting, traffic and clicks on their own do not earn commission. Orders do.
Is there exclusivity?
None, at any point.
What is the first-sale bonus, exactly?
USD 25, about CAD 35, once, to each of the first 20 founding affiliates whose first eligible order is confirmed after the customer return window closes. Your place is set by confirmation, not by checkout date and not by approval date, so a sale that is later returned does not hold a place.
To qualify, the order has to come from a customer new to utusori, not you or your household, with an eligible merchandise value of CAD 90 or more. One per person, not per code or account.
Do I have to buy anything to join?
No. There is never a purchase requirement.
Do I need to show my audience insights?
Yes, during screening, to confirm the US and Canada share. A screen recording of your analytics is fine and is usually easier than a screenshot. We use it to check audience fit and nothing else.
Earnings, tracking and order eligibility
What counts as an eligible order?
Paid successfully, attributed to your code or link, inside the clothing line covered by the program, and still valid after the return window closes. Cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, fraudulent, self-referred and duplicate orders are not eligible.
Does my code or my link get credit?
The code. If a customer uses your code at checkout, the order is attributed to you even if they previously clicked another affiliate link. If no code is used, the most recent eligible affiliate link clicked within the 30-day window gets it.
We would rather tell you the rule up front than have you work it out from a missing order.
How long does my link last after someone clicks it?
30 days from the click.
Can two affiliates share one order?
No. An order earns commission for one affiliate only. We do not split commission.
What is the commission calculated on?
Merchandise value after any customer discount. Tax, duty, shipping paid by the customer and gift card value are excluded.
Are repeat purchases by the same customer commissionable?
Yes, if that order is attributed to you again at the time it is placed. Customers are not permanently attached to an affiliate, and we say so rather than letting you assume otherwise.
What if the customer forgets my code?
If their link click is still inside the 30-day window it will usually attribute anyway. If it cannot be attributed at all, write to us within 30 calendar days of the order date with the order number where you have it. We will check the record and reply within five business days.
Does my code give the customer a discount?
Not automatically. The code exists so the order can be attributed to you. If we attach a discount, the amount and conditions are stated in your materials. Do not advertise a discount we have not confirmed in writing.
Payment, returns and disputes
When is commission confirmed and when am I paid?
Commission is pending until the customer return window closes on that order. It then becomes confirmed. Confirmed balances of at least CAD 35 or USD 25 are paid monthly, in CAD or USD following the customer's country, on a fixed schedule. Balances below that roll forward.
The exact return window, payout cutoff and payout date are in your acceptance terms before your code is activated, not afterwards.
What happens if I leave with less than USD 25 in confirmed earnings?
We pay it. If you leave the program or utusori closes it, your remaining confirmed commission is paid in the next regular payment cycle even if it is below USD 25. Pending commission still runs through the return window and the program rules first.
The only conditions are that the balance is at least USD 1 after your payout provider's fees and that your payment details are still valid. The USD 25 minimum is a batching threshold for the twice-monthly payouts. It is not a forfeiture rule.
What can cause a reversal?
Cancellation, refund, return, failed payment, chargeback, self-referral, fraud, duplicate attribution, or a documented rule violation. Nothing else.
What happens on a partial return?
Commission is recalculated on what the customer kept. It reduces in proportion to the refunded merchandise value. It is not cancelled.
Will I be told why something was reversed?
Yes. The order, the amount, the status and the reason. If you disagree, write to us and a person will look at it.
Who pays the transfer and conversion fees?
You do. Your bank or payout provider may charge to receive US dollars or convert them. We show you the available methods and the likely fees during onboarding so you can choose, and we would rather say this now than after your first payment lands smaller than you expected.
Content, gifting and your rights
Who owns what I make?
You do. Joining transfers nothing.
Can utusori repost my content?
Only with your written permission, asked each time. Using a platform's own share button is not the same as downloading your work and posting it as ours, and we do not treat it as permission for that.
Could my content end up in a paid ad?
Not under these terms. Paid advertising, whitelisting, website or email use, or editing your footage all require a separate written agreement covering the use, the channels, the duration and the payment.
Will you tell me what to say?
No. You use your own voice and your own format. We provide verified product facts, a short list of claims not to make, and disclosure wording. There is no script and no approval queue for your posts.
Can I review the clothing if I have not received it?
No. Do not present it as a personal review, try-on or firsthand recommendation. You may share approved product information, images and launch material together with your code or link, with the relationship clearly disclosed.
Will I receive gifted product?
Not necessarily. A limited number of launch creators may receive it. Gifting is selective and not guaranteed, and it depends on availability, sizing and shipping feasibility. Receiving it does not change the disclosure requirement.
Disclosure, conduct and support
What do I have to disclose?
Any content carrying your code, your link or gifted product has to say so, clearly, in the content itself and close to the endorsement. In the same language as the content.
Is a platform's paid partnership label enough on its own?
It helps, but do not rely on it alone. Use a clear disclosure with the endorsement as well. That is what both the US FTC and Canada's Competition Bureau expect.
Can the rate or the rules change?
Your founding 20 percent is locked for the 12 months. Anything else changes in writing, before it takes effect, and applies going forward. It is never applied backwards to orders you have already earned on.
Can you remove me from the program?
For a documented breach: fraud, self-referrals, bought engagement, non-disclosure, misleading claims, prohibited traffic or code abuse. Removal does not cancel valid commission you already earned on unrelated orders. A minor and curable mistake gets written notice and a chance to fix it first.
Can I leave?
Any time, in writing. Your code is deactivated, orders already attributed run through the return window as normal, and your valid balance is paid on the next cycle under the rule above.
Is there anything beyond affiliate status?
Possibly. Consistent performance can lead to earlier product access, gifting or a separate paid conversation. None of that is promised, and we are not going to imply it is to get you to sign up.
Who do I contact with a problem?
Use the contact form for missing orders, reversals, payment status, account details and disclosure questions. A person answers it.
